Duel Mines Calculator

Model a 25-tile setup at fair-math pricing, then compare survival probability, conditional cash-out payout and how current allowance limits can affect the effective return.

This is a probability and pricing tool, not a safe-tile predictor. It cannot reveal hidden mine positions or forecast the next result.

Price a Duel-style setup at fair math

Choose a bet, mine count and cash-out depth. At the default 100% setting, the adjusted multiplier matches fair probability pricing before live limits, rounding or other platform conditions.

P = C(25 − M, s) / C(25, s)
Fair multiplier = 1 / P
Duel-style estimate = Fair × 1.00

Interactive fair-math table

Compare survival, fair multiplier and conditional cash-out payout at 100% RTP, then change the RTP when current live limits require another model.

Survival chance 49.57%
Bust risk 50.43%
Fair multiplier 2.0175x
RTP-adjusted multiplier 2.0175x
Effective RTP 100.00%
Payout at cash-out 20.18
Net profit 10.18
EV per 1 unit +0.0000
Risk level Medium

With 3 mines and 5 safe picks, the survival chance is 49.57%. At a nominal 100% RTP, the cash-out multiplier is 2.0175x; a 10.00-unit bet would return 20.18 if you cash out after 5 safe picks. Effective RTP at this cash-out point is 100.00%, with EV of +0.0000 per unit.

Calculated values are mathematical estimates. Real casino values may differ because of rounding, RTP settings, max-win caps, bonus rules or platform-specific payout tables.

The table updates when you change the mine count, bet amount or RTP setting.

How to use the fair-math preset

The 100% setting is useful only when the current live conditions support it. Separate the board probability from the allowance or limit rules before treating the output as a platform match.

Confirm eligibility

Check whether the fair-pricing allowance applies to your account, stake size and current play volume.

Match the setup

Use the same mine count, safe-pick depth and bet amount as the live round you are evaluating.

Change RTP after limits

If current terms indicate a lower effective return after a threshold, enter that value instead of leaving the calculator at 100%.

Check the live value

The live multiplier and current terms remain the final source, especially near allowance and maximum-payout boundaries.

Check the live Mines table on Duel

This page models fair pricing while the relevant allowance and eligibility conditions apply. Check the current threshold for your account and stake size; if play beyond that point is priced at approximately 99.9%, switch the calculator to 99.9% before comparing the live multiplier.

100% fair pricing vs a 99.9% post-limit reference

The comparison below holds the setup constant at 3 mines, 5 safe picks and a 10-unit bet. Survival remains 49.57%; only the multiplier, conditional cash-out payout and long-run expected cost change.

The immediate payout difference is small

For this successful cash-out, moving from 100% to 99.9% reduces the 10-unit payout by about 0.02 units. The visible gap can still vary after live rounding.

The long-run pricing difference is measurable

A 99.9% model implies about 0.10 units of expected loss per 100 wagered, compared with zero under exact fair pricing. Short sessions can vary far more than either average.

Probability, pricing and limits are separate layers

The board setup determines the chance of reaching a cash-out point. The RTP model determines the price attached to that chance. Allowance and limit rules determine which RTP model applies to the current play.

1

Board probability

With 3 mines and 5 safe picks, cumulative survival is 49.57% regardless of whether the pricing model is 100%, 99.9% or 99%.

2

Fair cash-out price

The inverse of 49.57% is 2.0175x. At 100% RTP, the adjusted multiplier remains equal to that fair value before rounding.

3

Applicable live terms

If the allowance has been exceeded or another limit applies, change the RTP input to the current effective model before relying on the payout estimate.

Assumptions used by this calculator

The default output is a fair-math reference for a 25-tile board. It is not a claim that every wager, account or stake size is always priced at exactly 100%.

Board model 5x5 tiles
Mine count 1 to 24
Default RTP 100% reference
Fair house edge 0% before limits
RTP control Editable
Live check Required
Confirm the current allowance, eligibility conditions, stake limits, maximum payout and live multiplier table. Use the custom RTP field whenever the applicable pricing is below the fair 100% reference.

How to check the current Duel pricing

1

Check the allowance status

Confirm whether the fair-pricing allowance is active and whether the current wager is still within its volume and stake conditions.

2

Compare one live cash-out

Use the same mine count and safe-pick depth, then compare the calculator multiplier with the value shown in the live game.

3

Adjust the model if needed

If the live value is consistently below fair math because a threshold applies, enter the relevant effective RTP and recalculate the full table.

What 100% RTP does and does not mean

It removes the pricing cut

At exact 100% RTP, each unrounded cash-out multiplier equals the inverse of its survival probability.

It does not make a tile safer

Fair pricing changes the reward attached to risk. Mine count and safe-pick depth still determine the probability of losing before cash-out.

It does not guarantee a session result

Even under fair pricing, variance can produce immediate losses and long losing sequences. RTP is a long-run pricing measure, not bankroll protection.

Why this is not a predictor

Probability is not a tile map

The calculator can measure the chance of reaching a selected target, but it cannot identify which hidden tile will be safe.

Verification is not future knowledge

Provably fair data can help verify completed rounds. It does not expose future mine positions before a round is played.

Mine count changes volatility, not fair pricing

Fewer mines

Clicks are more likely to be safe and fair multipliers rise more slowly. The 100% pricing rule still applies while the relevant conditions are met.

More mines

Survival falls faster and fair multipliers rise more sharply. The larger payout compensates for lower probability; it is not a mathematical advantage.

Rounding and caps still matter

Live rounding or maximum-payout rules can make a specific cash-out value differ from the unrounded fair-math result.

FAQ

What is this calculator?

It is an independent math tool for checking a Duel-style 25-tile Mines setup with a 100% RTP default preset. It estimates payout, profit, survival odds, bust risk and fair multipliers. It does not choose tiles or predict future results.

What RTP does this calculator use?

The default preset is a 100% fair-math reference. It applies only when the current allowance and eligibility conditions support that pricing; use the custom RTP field for play beyond a relevant threshold or under different live terms.

Does this page include a payout chart?

Yes. The shared calculator generates a full cash-out table for the selected mine count, bet and RTP. The values are independent estimates and should be compared with the current live table.

How are the odds calculated?

The calculator uses the 25-tile Mines model. It compares the number of safe tiles, selected mines and chosen safe-pick target to estimate the chance of reaching cashout before hitting a mine.

Can this calculator predict safe tiles?

No. It cannot predict safe tiles, reveal mine positions, decode future rounds or bypass the game. It only calculates probability and payout estimates.

Why can live Duel values differ from this calculator?

Live values can differ because the fair-pricing allowance may not apply, a threshold may have been exceeded, or rounding, stake limits and maximum-payout rules may affect the displayed multiplier.

Does 100% RTP mean I cannot lose?

No. A 100% RTP reference means zero theoretical pricing edge before variance and applicable limits. It does not guarantee the next round, prevent a mine hit or protect a bankroll from losing streaks.
